The Executive Leadership Team guides our chapter's vision and operations. They set the tone, manage accountability, oversee performance, and ensure our chapter runs smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with BNI standards.
Runs weekly meetings, sets the tone and energy, keeps members engaged and accountable, and ensures the chapter consistently follows the BNI agenda, policies, and professional standards each week.
Manages members, oversees the Membership Committee, tracks referrals & performance, ensures the chapter maintains accountability, measurable growth, and strong results throughout the year.
Maintains accurate member records, updates rosters and reports, manages communication across the chapter, and ensures all documentation is consistent, professional, and always up to date.
Manages finances, collects dues on time, tracks budgets and payments, and provides clear financial updates that keep the chapter stable, transparent, and operating smoothly for every member.
